Our business model is simple and so is our refund policy. If you are not happy with the product, you have 30 days to send it back to us for an exchange or refund from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue return labels for International customers. Therefore, international customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs.
We strongly recommend that international customers consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive it, we can’t issue a refund.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made by mail only. Please email email@example.com, if you wish to return an order placed online. Please note: Our retail stores cannot accept returns by mail or courier.
Due to our always changing inventory and the fact that most of our items are extremely limited edition, we cannot always guarantee that we can give you an exchange to replace the same product that you bought. If this is the case, we will offer you an exchange for a similar product, or a full refund if you prefer.
