  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Cup neutral vanilla almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 Cup of raw Quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins black and/or white
  • 1/3 Cup of chopped Almonds
  • 1/3 Cup Dried apples or pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

STEP 1!

In a large, micro-wave safe bowl, mix the almond butter and maple syrup. Melt in the microwave until is creamy (max 30 seconds, keep an eye on it!)

Whisk the creamy preparation you had with the almond milk and salt until it is well incorporated.

Whisk in the eggs then stir in all remaining ingredients.

Spray a  baking pan with cooking spray and cut a baking parchment a little bit bigger than the pan. Put it inside the pan ad spray it with cooking spray too.

Pour the mixture into the pan and cook on LOW heat until you can see it has grown and it has a toasted color. It will take like about 3-4 hours max.

 STEP 6!

Run a knife around the outside of the bars and remove the bowl. Wait until it is cool enough or refrigerate.

Cut it into pieces and DEVOUR!
You can take them anywhere! BeyondBeanie Bars
