Boost up the morning

So...you definitely need a good morning routine, and you should start with the breakfast. Quick and so good for you, this is probably the best thing to start a day with.

You’ll need a blender, one teaspoon and 2 minutes of your time...Ah yeah, and these ingredients:

  • 1 banana,
  • 2dcl of almond or rise milk (or any kind of milk that you prefer),
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 5 – 6 almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 2 dates
  • Any kind of fresh or frozen fruit that you like (strawberries, pineapple, blackberries...) and
  • 1 teaspoon of goji berries.

Optional:

Fresh coconut, cinnamon...

You can prepare this in the evening (though it takes 2 minutes to prepare this) or even bring that to your work...it’s all up to you. It can keep you up until the lunch, and it is so healthy that you won’t believe it.  And it’s very yummy! :)
